My first attempt at painting in Photoshop! Boy it was fucking hard! My right hand hurts like a Considering it took me nearly 4 hours to complete this one! But I am kinda satisfied how it turn out towards the end
It's like oil painting, but without the mess
But boy I had fun! I used a normal Wacom tablet. I haven't used it in a long while.
I know it doesn't look too real, but I tried to make it real though...but meh! Pratice makes perfect right?
It's an overpaint. Nuff said.
Enjoy!
I'll explain where I get this image in the next deviation.
I'm gonna save myself some money for a Wacom Cintiq 12WX. They're too damn expensive!
Well not really I was looking at some fur tutorials here on dA which helped me I create a new layer on top of the original one and roughly add the colours. I used the original picture as a guide. But then when it comes to the finishing touch that's when I get other reference for colour tones
oh... well that's what i'd kinda meant actually. :\ people do that with screenshots of anime and create "vector fanart" that is just tracing minus the background and it gets on my nerves...
but i know you actually can draw, i've seen your stuff... if this was just for fun or somethin. i won't hitcha, btw. just messin.
